UPDATE – PATH CLOSURE
South Skye Community Campus Path Closure:
Broadford Primary School to Suisnish Place
Work has been progressing well on our new All-weather pitch and it really is beginning to take shape. We unfortunately had to have an enforced break when a water main had to be removed from the edge of our new pitch. Thanks to Scottish Water and Highland Council this work has now been carried out and the final works can now be completed.
Due to this delay we are slightly behind on progress which means that a new path between Broadford Primary School and Suisnish Place is not yet in place. Following discussions, we feel that the safest thing to do is wait till works have been completed prior to the path being opened – this will be in mid September. We appreciate that this may inconvenience you but safety is of paramount importance and we cannot safely open a new path at this point.
We are so nearly there! Please bear with us and it will all be worth it when we have our brilliant new all-weather pitch.
