We’re delighted to announce that South Skye Community Campus has been selected as one of the Co-op Local Community Fund causes, supporting our plans to refurbish Broadford Play Park!
Our play park is an important part of village life, providing a space for children to play, make friends and enjoy the outdoors. Unfortunately, over time, equipment has become worn, damaged or removed, leaving fewer opportunities for children of all ages to enjoy.
We want to change that!
Our vision is to create a safe, exciting, welcoming and inclusive play space that local families and visitors can enjoy for years to come.
What will the funding help us achieve?
The money raised through the Co-op Local Community Fund will contribute towards the wider refurbishment of Broadford Play Park.
Our priorities include improving and replacing existing equipment, introducing more play opportunities for younger children and creating a more inclusive and enjoyable space for families to spend time together.
This is an exciting step towards our long-term vision of creating a play park that Broadford and the wider South Skye community can be proud of.
